This six bedroom villa has a large pool and offers panoramic views over Kalkan Bay. It is the perfect option for large groups and families looking to stay in a residential area in Kalkan and yet still be within a short drive from the old town and the beaches.
The exterior terrace of this villa offers several sun loungers, a couple of parasols, an outdoor dining table and chairs and a seating area under a pergola. The patio doors lead to the open plan kitchen and lounge on the ground floor. There is a sofa unit which faces a television and a kitchen table. Bedroom one is a double room and is also on the ground floor with access to the pool terrace. On the first floor there is one twin and two double bedrooms. Both the twin and one of the double bedrooms have access to a balcony. On the second floor there are the remaining two bedrooms, which are double rooms; one of which has access to a balcony. All bedrooms are en-suite. There is also a rooftop terrace, offering sea views.
Car hire is recommended when staying in Kalkan. The villa is located in Akbel; a residential area in Kalkan, which is a five minute drive from the old town. The beaches are within a six to twenty minute drive away. Kas is a thirty minute drive away and is perfect for a day out.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
