This stunning 6-bedroom villa in central Kalkan Town offers gorgeous sea views, contemporary interiors, two terraces with an infinity pool and additional children’s pool, making it the ideal choice for families and large groups. The villa consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor leading directly to the terrace with the infinity pool and outdoor seating. The terrace is split level, with the larger pool located on the top level and a children’s pool located on the lower level. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has an en-suite shower room and direct access to the pool and terrace. The second double bedroom has direct access to the outside BBQ area and guests in this room will have access to the shared shower room located in the corridor. On the first floor, there is a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with jacuzzi bath tub and private balcony. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
