9 Bedroom Villa with Pool in Akbel near Kalkan Town, Sleeps 15
This large nine bedroom villa sleeps 15 and is a great option for groups of friends and families with flexible sleeping arrangements. It sleeps 12 adults and 3 children (under 12). Its location in Akbel means that guests are within easy access to Kalkan old town, which is a 5-minute drive away. There is bedding available for up to 19 persons, additional persons above 15 persons are on request and are at an additional charge - please enquire.
This villa consists of two open kitchens and lounges and nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms in total, offering panoramic views of Kalkan Bay. There are four double en-suite bedrooms, two double rooms, two twin rooms and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is a good-sized infinity pool found on the lower terrace surrounded by sun loungers and a few parasols. There are a couple of steps that lead up to an upper terrace with a dining table and chairs underneath a pergola. A further terrace can be found on the top floor.
Car hire is recommended to explore Kalkan and the Lycian historical sites in the Antalya province. Akbel is a perfect location as it is within a short drive of Kalkan public beach, Patara beach and Kaputas beach. Akbel market should not be missed.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
