This six bedroom villa sleeps 13 and would be an ideal option for large groups and families. The location of the villa means that it sits on an elevated position, offering views over Kalkan bay and is a 5-minute drive to the old town.
The ground floor of the villa consists of an open plan kitchen and lounge with a dining table and chairs and sofa units centre around a television. The patio doors lead out to the outdoor terrace where there is an infinity pool and several sun loungers with parasols. There are also two garden swing seats, a seating area, an outdoor dining table with chairs and a BBQ. Bedroom one; a double room can also be found on this floor. On the first floor there are bedrooms two, three and four; the former is a twin room and the latter two are doubles. The second floor comprises of bedrooms five and six, both double rooms and bedroom five has an additional single bed. There is also a small rooftop terrace offering views of Kalkan bay. Both bedrooms five and six have access to the terrace. All bedrooms are en-suite.
Car hire is recommended to explore Kalkan and its surroundings. The Lycian historical sites are worth a visit; Xanthos, Patara, Pinara are to name but a few and a day out to the seaside town of Kas and the Blue Lagoon in Oludeniz should not be missed. Kalkan town is a lively habourside town offering a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
