2 Bedroom Villa in Cavtat near Dubrovnik, Sleeps 4
Situated in an elevated position on the edge of the picturesque seaside town of Cavtat, well known for its wonderful cafes and restaurants, this pretty two bedroom stone villa offers guests lovely sea views from its terraces. The villa also has the added advantage of being located above the Hotel Epidaurus and for a small fee guests are usually able to make use of the hotel facilities (pool and beach). Other beaches are also within walking distance from the villa.
The villa is approached from the parking area below and up a short flight of steps and into the spacious terrace area which is equipped with a table and chairs, patio recliners . A door from the terrace area leads into an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area and separate shower room. The kitchen/diner area is partially separated from the lounge area by a central staircase. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms of which one has a door leading out to a covered balcony offering sea views. There is a separate shower room.
The villa would suit a family or friends looking to stay close to a typical Dalmatian old city and beaches. Cavtat old town is approximately 20 minutes walk away. An hourly boat service operates to Dubrovnik from Cavtat old town from April till October. The boat arrives directly into Dubrovnik old townand the journey time is approx. 30-40 minutes. Last boat back is around midnight.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

The whole experience was well managed, and any queries were dealt with quickly. It was a pleasure to book with you, and I noticed another family on the plane had also booked with you.
The only item that would have been useful was a microwave oven and maybe a welcome pack of essentials ie milk, coffee etc.
Caretaker was very helpful, popped in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok and arranged our taxi back to the airport.
Impressed with: The stunning scenery, the friendliness of the people and the fact that it is not over spoilt as a holiday destination. We first went to Croatia on a cruise and wanted to come back for a longer stay.
Not impressed with: I can't really complain about anything.
Recommend:On the walk from the villa to Cavtat centre there are many restaurants and bars. If you on a budget stay away from the restaurants around the marina. However, you get what you pay for, the views across the bay towards Dubrovnik were stunning.

I think you could have informed me even better about transport to the apartment, About the owner she was so kind and nice with us the entire stay. She also helped us get a stay the last night in Cavtat. She was wonderful. I have just positive experience from our stay in Croatia. The people, the atmosphere, the sea. It was so nice to make my stay in such a private location, it was just by accident that I came aware of you. We met a lot of Norwegians there, you should be even better to make it public what you have to offer.
