This authentic villa offers both a pool and a spacious outdoor area and would be the perfect option for groups of friends and families looking for a taste of the Tuscany countryside. The ruins of the medieval castle of Moiane are within walking distance.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful views from the exterior of this terrace; whether it be from the pool or the terrace area. The ground floor offers a split-level kitchen/lounge/dining area and the kitchen leads out to the garden area. There are 2 twin bedrooms; 1 of which have en-suite shower room and 1 an en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional twin bedroom on this floor which has an en-suite shower room and direct access to the garden. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms; 2 twin bedrooms both of which have en-suite shower rooms. There are a further 2 double bedrooms; 1 has an en-suite shower room and 1 an en-suite bathroom and both have 1 extra bed each sleeping an additional adult.

Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. The beautiful hilltop town of Cortona is under an hours’ drive away and offers guests a wide array of shops, bars and restaurants. Both Siena and Lake Trasimeno make for a great day out. Castiglion Fiorentino is also a lovely town to visit; with its walled city and offering beautiful views Val Di Chiana.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
